As the situation surrounding COVID-19 continues to evolve day-by-day, we would like to provide you with some additional updates with regard to Bright Bean.
As of 11:59pm on March 24, 2020, the Provincial Government has put into effect a mandatory closure of all non-essential businesses, except for businesses exempt from this closure outlined by the government, for the next 14 days. Despite this mandate, the government is allowing that ecommerce companies can remain operational during this time.
As a result, Bright Bean is continuing to operate normally with the exception that our office staff is working strictly from home and our ability to fulfill orders will also not be affected by this mandated closure. Although, you may experience some shipping delays during this time.
Lastly, our phone lines will continue to be temporarily suspended as our customer service team continues to work remotely due to COVID-19. If you have any questions, inquiries, and/or order requests, you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our customer service team members will send you a response within 24 hours.
