Product is good . Delivery was late.

Ordered the product on November 12. Product arrived around December 12. I understand that the delay was due to delay from supplier because of the BC port strike. It would have been better that the shop notifying me about the delay before the customer (me) contacting them. In my case, I had to contact them to find out why the delay in shipping. I think the shop should always provide an estimated delivery date, just like Amazon.
